"Went right downhill, usedty be best indian in Stirling. Waited hour and a half on food. Korma bhuna was stone cold, pakora was auld as the hills. Only good thing was the naan. Lucky you canny rate 0 stars.. Avoid like the plague"

"I booked this place for my family. they stayed in touch, but the standards slipped there, so we thought we would try the sisters two. the bridge of the allan has been good for years, but the last stay was under standard. they rented one of the connected houses that are beautifully designed. they told them to call the reception when they needed help, but no phone in the house! the next morning gas had failed in the kitchens and the breakfast was not well offered. I know it wasn't her fault. for a breakfeast for men, however, only a pound discount was offered, despite being half the full breakfast not on the teller, this was a paltry order in consideration of the bill total for the stay. my brother asked for a touch what they said they could not be served without gas (microwave), they then later served the stewards to the next table. in the following morning they checked early and the staff offered them a cold breakfast to be brought to the house. they never came, they went to the reception and they could not find any soul for half an hour at the place! I hope the hotel can pull together would be a shame to fall it. I rarely leave negative reviews and I am really not picky, but this place must form. I would like to add a change request, my review, the hotel has contacted me a full apology and also a free overnight stay for my parents. I appreciate it very well from the hotel, and I guess we were especially unhappy. the hotel explained that it was a serious disturbance in communication with the kitchen and aimed not to happen again. I'm glad they took time to contact me. very appreciated and I am sure that our next stay will be more standard"

"We stayed in Stirling for two nights at the end of a tour of Scotland. After we had been a bit disappointed with the choice of food so far, I was very happy about the menu from Fletcher's, which finally includes a lamb and a game dish. Booking a table went smoothly. The location near a large roundabout is not entirely ideal, but the building is an impressive structure with a columned portal. We were warmly welcomed and the restaurant is very busy. The food made us happy. All the dishes (Haggis sweets, Cullen skink, scallops, and the game dish) were very good, I was completely thrilled with the game. Beautifully arranged, pink slices on a bar of fine potato gratin, with vegetables and a wonderful red wine jus, the meat is buttery soft and all at very moderate prices compared to other prices. Glasses full to the brim and great service we came back the next evening to try, among other things, the lamb, which also didn't disappoint. It's great, we hope to be able to come back again. "Had an absolutely amazing couple of nights at Victoria Square with incredible food as well. We did the tasting menu then ate off the regular menu, both were exceptional with beautiful presentation exquisite flavour combinations. The staff were professional friendly, we'll certainly be back!"

"We were a little concerned, as we couldn't book that we were waiting an old, but when we arrived, there was only one person in the waiting queue and we were taken within minutes. we were brought to a table where we could order our meal times through the app and everything was brought to the table, everything felt very covided safe. eating was as good as usual and the service was fast, professional and friendly. recommended"
