"We went to that pastry shop because she was advised. We bought a baïa, mainly hazelnut cake with a coffee ganache. I love hazelnut but hate coffee! As it was for my husband's birthday, I let him choose and told me that I'm going to remove the coffee because it's really something I never could swallow either in drink, cake or candy. You never have to say! the square house made me love and I really enjoyed it! a finesse, a subtlety, an incredible sweetness. Thank you!"
