"I ordered on the app, and was immediately greeted at the speaker which was great. However, I got to the window and waited another nearly 20 minutes with no one coming to the window to let me know my food was being made or what was happening? That's right, 20. Then the bag was shoved out the drive thru window, with no words, no thank you, no discussion of my order, nothing. To top it off, I get home and of course, the order is wrong, steak instead of chicken. Oh and the food was not hot. I don't think I've ever been to this drive-thru without waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes with rude, non interactive employees, who act like they're doing you a favor. I don't know why I keep going there, that's on me, but I am stopping as of now."
