"Horrible experience with this location... ordered online at 5pm for a 6:50pm pickup, Arrived at 6:45pm, order didn 't come out until 7:30pm, staff seemed to have in about 10 minutes programmed as a stock response. received order... burritos were cold, quesadillas were missing most of their sides (no queso, salsa or sour cream) staff tells us that they ran out of those ingredients and that 's the best they could do. also informs us that we can 't cancel or reimburse our order in light of this nearly incomplete order. (Turns out they had no cheese, salsa, sour cream or guacamole since about 5pm) get home and attempt to eat our incomplete meals... Black beans on the burritos were so over seasoned that it made my wife sick. I didn 't even finish half of my burrito because it was so over seasoned (one bite was so spicy, it was burning my tongue before even chewing). Customer service: 0 Quality of service: 0 Confidence that we didn 't just poison ourselves: 0 Last time we 're eating at Chipotle."

"Asombrosa! This is probably my new favorite Mexican Joint! If you follow me at all you know I am do not like a breaded Chile Relleno and there has only been 1 place in Richmond that does it. BAM! I found another, but then they knocked it up a knotch, you can pick a beef, cheese or chicken one.. WHAT?! I never even knew they even had those options...so yeah pretty stoked about it. Our waitress even recognized me as a regular from the other place, once she said something I realized she used to wait on my at the old place. All the food was really good. My daughter got carnitas and I pick a little bit, very moist and tasty. I got a beef Chile Relleno and it was fantástico. Not a very big place. 4-5 booths and a small bar to sit at. Great Service, pretty quick food and very flavorful. Would highly recommend."
