"Review based solely on food. Service was ok. Shrimp rice paper roll 1/5 unfortunately I was not impressed with any aspect of this roll. Rather bland in flavour, but other than that, the rice paper was really flimsy and every bite I took the filling inside would come out. Shrimp was also thin and lacked flavour, alongside the veg inside. Everything was rather soft and definitely needed the sauce that came with it. Additionally i think something in the roll was off as there was a rancid taste to it but I couldnt depict what it was. Perhaps the other hot meals would be better but based just solely on the roll, it was not enjoyable."

"Looks like a relatively new restaurant which serves Sichuan Chinese food. Food doesn’t have the extreme heat that I am used to for Sichuan food and certainly there was a lack of Sichuan peppercorns in the fish and chilli sauce dish that we ordered. However, all-in-all the food was tasty and would certainly consider revisiting if I was back in Melbourne again. Service was very good, fast and efficient."

"3.5. This restaurant is slightly hidden away, and although quite vacant on a weekday night, I was delighted to find that the food was generally excellent with authentic flavours, large portions and definitely deserving of a larger crowd. The fish cakes are full of flavour, grilled marinated chicken was very good, son-in-law eggs were hard-boiled (as they supposedly should be . Beef salad was a little bland, whilst the soft shell crab special was delicious in a tasty sauce of capsicum and carrots. The duck green curry was excellent (and huge! , the papaya salad was pretty good and the roti quite nice. Strangely, the weakest dish of the night was the pad thai which wasn't well marinaded in tamarind sauce and a little bland. Overall though, prompt service and delivery of food, and a great dinner with some very good dishes. Definitely recommend if you're in the area."
