"Hello, I was there for the first time to eat with my colleagues. the food was completely delicious, I had congratulated fetakäse and the others were also satisfied. the food was ordered before and came very fast. the service was always friendly, but there was a thing that was very threesome. when the service was clarified, we ordered a drink. at once the service came with a tablet with a table and asked if any of us like to eat. it was not a bad sign that we had to pay the dessert himself. so at the end the evil awakens. then we had to pay the dessert, which I find quite three times to come with finished dessert, and at the end they would have told us that it is not in the house, but 23 people can testify that this was not the case. on the one hand and on the other hand it was three times lying. I write this review now in the hope that the personal in the future will leave this. honesty is best founded. it may sound quite harmless now, we also paid everything, but only thirsty and that I find very bad because it was good. so dear people before, ask what is going on and what is not, even if it really gets stupid."

"Ich gehe nun seid über 10 Jahren ins Hansahaus. Einfach nur mal so, mit Freunden am Wochenende, nach einem Kinobesuch, oder auch zum Essen. Etwas besonders war das Hansahaus schon immer, aber dass mochte man ja auch. Seid einiger Zeit scheint aber der Inhaber entweder keine Gäste mehr haben zu wollen, oder er merkt nicht, wie schlecht es geworden ist.Gestern bin ich spontan hin, um endlich den ersten Spargel der Saison zu essen. Das hätte ich mal lieber gelassen...Der Spargel war zu durch, das Schnitzel 1a TK Ware, die Kartoffeln gingen so, die Sauce Hollandaise aus dem Tretra Pack oder irgendein anderes künstliches Zeug.Gruselig, einfach gruselig.Der grosse Raucherraum, der seinerzeit extra angelegt wurde ist nicht mehr. Raucher sitzen draussen, auch an kalten Tagen, im Zelt zwar, aber draussen. Okay, da gibt es einen Heizstrahler, der zentral im Raum (über einem Gästetisch) hängt, nur den muss man alle 5 Minuten neu anschalten, dazu muss man Gäste vom Tisch bitten platz zu machen, denn der Schalter hängt versteckt in einer Ecke. Wenn man ihn aber dann betätigt (so wie ich gestern), wird man vom personal schief angeschaut, ob einem den wirklich kalt sei. Also die sehen mich da nicht wieder!!!!!"
