"N.B. This is my first review so bare with me haha.My partner and I arrived in Anzere and we didn't know what to expect. We saw some reviews online and thought this place would be OK. I've never been so wrong, it was perfect. We both ordered burgers with bacon and raclette (I think that's how it's spelt), I'm a big guy so I doubled it by going "Godzilla" size and I was not disappointed. The food was impeccable and the husband and wife who run the place were very welcoming and spoke English. Going back to the food, the chips were crispy yet fluffy and the burger itself was juicy, tender and made my mouth water, the salad was also very refreshing. The atmosphere was very nice, 3 other families were in and ambiance was beautiful. With a view looking towards the mountains and a very artistic finish on the inside, it was very very nice.For dessert my partner and I had a hot chocolate each with myself having the Cha Cha Cha and her having a Crème Brûlée. The Cha Cha Cha was a boat of ice cream and is every sweet toothed persons dream. The Crème Brûlée was also perfect and couldn't be faulted. The hot chocolate was made with actual coco and had a very large marshmallow resting on top.So far this restaurant has been the best value for money in Switzerland with regard to actual food quality. It cost us Chf 84.5, which sounds like a lot but we did order quite a lot, and for what we received it was more than either of us had expected (we had been traveling in Geneva and Sion prior to arriving in Anzere so we had a good idea for prices). The menu itself concentrates on burgers but they have a tapas option and limited menu for kids, having said this, there were many children eating there so they must be doing something right.Over all I'd say this little gem is definitely worth a visit, but hey ho, don't take my word for it, go visit it and make up your own mind ^_^"

"From the UK we found the prices expensive but soon realised that is standard everywhere and the entire family agreed that the burgers are some of the best we have tasted.......simply delicious. I must admit to having a 'double ' and in hindsight a single will...have been sufficient. If you want a table outside make sure that you book in advance as we could see a lot of 'walk ups ' had to eat inside."

"Nous avions réservé pour le 1er août et profiter des feux sur le lac.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons senti que le personnel était un peu dépassé.Un drink de bienvenue (euh un verre de blanc avec une tranche de pamplemousse?)...Menu unique pour cette soirée : salade césar, hamburger avec fromage à raclette et salade de fruit.Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants.Nous les adultes avons reçu la salade césar... déjà très insipide... Ensuite nous avons réclamé pour les enfants car le service était extrêmement long. Les enfants ont reçu 2 minis burgers avec qques frites (frites au four) Burger = 2 tranches de pain et 1 tranche de viande trop cuite,... 1 pot de mayo et de ketchup et débrouillez-vous.Ensuite le tour des hamburgers version adulte... Tout était froid et la viande trop cuite, aucun goût et le fameux fromage qui était sensé faire le prix du plat était juste inexistant!Le dessert, enfin, une salade de fruit frais et maison... un délice! Hourra enfin qqch de positif!La note finale a retrouvé du goût mais trop salée pour une qualité aussi médiocre... 59.-- pour les adultes et 29.-- pour les enfants... ça reste un peu en travers de la digestion...Même que le restaurant offrait une des meilleure vue pour assister aux feux...Le personnel était complètement dépassé, les responsables aux abonnés absents...La personne qui s'est occupée de nous était super et tellement désolée de tout ça...Apparemment, hors contexte 1er août c'est beaucoup mieux... mais pour moi c'était la première fois que je testais ce resto... et oups, c'était totalement désorganisé et oui je pense catastrophique (pour ne pas dire - passez-moi l'expression : "du foutage de gueule" des clients)."
