"Mein Freund hat sich für unseren Jahrestag wieder einmal etwas Besonderes ausgedacht und wollte mich mit einem Essen im Schloss Moosburg überraschen. Er hat einen Tisch reserviert und sich persönlich von einem Mitarbeiter versichern lassen, dass es am Pfingstmontag geöffnet hat. Leider standen wir zu unserem Jahrestag vor verschlossenen Türen. Das Restaurant war geschlossen und die Überraschung fiel ins Wasser. Wir waren sehr traurig darüber und mussten uns nach einem Ersatzprogramm umschauen. Wenn Ihre Mitarbeiter Reservierungen annehmen, dann wäre eine telefonische Absage angebracht, wenn man im Nachhinein bemerkt, dass das Restaurant an diesem Tag geschlossen hat."
