"Für alle, die mal eine ideenreiche und pfiffige Alternative zum sonst eher deftigen Schwarzwaldessen suchen, ist das hier der richtige Ort. Wir waren mit 10 Personen in der ersten Januarwoche zum Abendessen hier und wurden positiv überrascht. Junge Küche, lecker zubereitet, pfiffig serviert, hohe Qualität, frischer Salat (nix eingelegtes), ausreichende Portionen. Für jeden Geschmack war was dabei, auch vegetarisch. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, die auch erklären konnte, wie eine "weiße Tomatensuppe" zubereitet wird (super aromatisch!). Kinder werden hier auch gerne gesehen. Ein wenig Durcheinander gab es bei den Getränkemengen, aber das entschuldige ich mit den üblichen Problemen beim Start eines neuen, anspruchsvollen Restaurants. Die Fotos auf der Webseite sind übrigens echt. Viel Erfolg!"

"Hexenlochmuhle (literally translated as Witch's hole mill) is basically that. it was originally a very old watermill now turned into a little souvenir shop with a restaurant to eat at . it is definitely built at what feels like the bottom of a hole (it seems to be a long and endless drive down, down and ever downwards to get there). Not sure where the Witch part of it came from. I have been there before from time to time over the years. Pleasant surrounding view to eat at and an interesting downward spiral of a road journey to get there. The food is more kind of a cake and coffee thing than a full blown meal but the cake is great. A pleasant place to break for a morning brunch or an afternoon tea."
