Their Starbucks located inside the store has always been nice too. For it not being a franchise location they have a lot of good options so it's nice to be able to grab a coffee and book in one go. Employees have always been super helpful in looking for titles for books that I either wasn't able to"

"I didn 't even end up getting any thing here bc you have the worst employees I have seen in awhile! Walk up ask the guy at the counter hey how you doing? He is standing there w his arms crossed w a dumbfound look on his face I repeat myself like wellmaybe he didn 't hear me give benefit of the doubt ya know cut service workers some slack! Nope he huffed aggregated and askedwhat can I get you! Are you kidding me?! Are you upset bc I wanted to order coffee?! Standing there w your arms crossed huffingat customers. Seriously what a waste of space little puke you got working there Definitely didn 't make me want to order thereso we left and took our business somewhere else with actual employees who smiled and responded when asked how their day is????!And I gave one star because you can 't give zero!"
