"Ive ordered from Jims many times, although today reallyyyy put me off. The chicken had to be old or something, it had holes within the chicken finger and was extremely hard. I had a few bites and was so grossed out. Not sure what happened but I wish I got my money back."

"My visit for the first time was very nice. I was seated promptly and given our menus. They have a combination of booth and table seating. Complimentary tortilla chips and salsa were given with our drink orders. Salsa is good with a mild taste; not spicy. I ordered the taco bowl and it was very delicious; served hot, (heat), well seasoned, good presentation and made to my liking. Your choice of chicken (my choice), beef or pork with layers of refried beans, rice, lettuce and tomatoes inside a tortilla bowl. I ordered the cheese, queso and sour cream on the side so i can add the amount to my food. Also ordered french fries that were a little disappointing since they were just plain crinkle fries, some mexican seasoning on them would have helped. Our waiter provided excellent service who was friendly and very attentive. Mexican music is played in thr background to add to the ambience, but is a little too loud for my ears. There is a TV to watch while eating too. It was quite cold in the section we were seated, so I suggest bringing a sweater. Cannot comment on the appetizers or the alcoholic drinks since no order was placed at the time of my visit. Overall, I am pleased with my initial visit and would return to try other dishes. Would recommend to others."

"I was very pleasantly impressed. The drive through line was impossible long so I went inside, and everyone on staff from the order taking cashier, to those preparing the food were extremely kind, attentive, patient, fast and generous. There were a couple things that were off of stock like the spicy ranch which was on everything we ordered, and the cinnamon twists but the staff went above and beyond to compensate for these things. The man preparing our food came up personally, explained that the spicy ranch was out of stock and took the time to give us a side of all other possible sauces to make up for it, as well as a Slushie to help cheer up my 2 year old who's been suffering from a stomach bug the last couple days. They replaced the twists with several fresh baked cookies and were very apologetic for the inconveniences, offering a couple different solutions. It's been a long while since I was greeted and treated so kindly and with such respect and care at some place as simple as a fast food restaurant. Kudos to the managers for having a fantastic staff on board! Enjoy!"
