Même le gateau à la broche est amélioré de crème angalise et d'une boule de glace.La truite était très bonne et non bio comme annoncé dans les autres restaurants... Un vrai ragout de mouton juste cuit à point, un bon pâté.Le service est attentionné et serviable.
