"I'm really surprised at the lowest grade of this establishment. The staff is welcoming and caring for customers. The only thing that can possibly blame them is that some do not really understand French, but it is really not a problem and they remain smiling. The hotel is impeccablely clean (soil, tables, toilets... and the debarassage of dirty plates this most often does when the customer is absent from the table in order to avoid embarrassing during conversations.
