"We absolutely love visiting Lydea whenever we are in the Brighton Lanes. Fresh, healthy food with a revolving weekly menu. Lots of hot dishes, plus a variety of colourful salads. Pricing is reasonable and the portion size is decent. The staff are lovely and so accommodating. This is a very popular cafe... and it does get very busy on Saturdays, so maybe go slightly before or after 1pm to avoid the rush. Also because space is quite tight inside you may have to share your table with others. We'll be back soon."

"Ordered the salmon teriyaki. The salmon was over-cooked and very dry. I have definitely tastes way better salmon teriyaki than this. I think the gimmick is the conveyor belt of sushi that travels around the room and the modern decor. In general it is ok ... but definitely not the best."

"Great chat and delicious eating with a local spun vibe. good also worth what's good because they want to try it the next time I'm gonna try the moussaka that looked sooo good. the halloumi (served with the wraps/pittas etc). is tofu flavored that 't be to any taste, but I personally really appreciate it having something with nutritional vs vegan cheese, and it worked really well together with all the other aromas and textures. the sausage roll that my man had based on two linda mccartney rosmarinwurst, so there were some high protein options on the stall. the pizetta had a puff bakery basic and definitiw was 't one of the healthy options, but it had a delicious tomaten, herby-kick."

"Do not use Vegan Food Pimps/Lynn Nicholson! She's a complete fraud! She agreed to pay us a refund and ignored us now and has removed all the negative reviews here. I spoke to other couples who had the same (some had much worse) experience with her. Here is a summary of the Shambles of a day we have experienced with Lynn: ignore us and the venues emails that lead up to the day to turn 2 hours late with no personnel serving burned food serving people who were allergic to certain foods, the exact foods, for example allergies to onions and they served them to find an onion disguised to send a Facebook post a day before trying to find out. The staff was rude and didn't know what they were doing. You went out because everything was such a complete mess. My bridesmaids had to serve champagne, because she didn't have enough staff and she was rude all day. She served pink pasta that we had never mentioned, tried or asked! Serving dreadfully cooked vegetables we had specifically asked not to have. My husband left most of his meals, it was so bad. She agreed to pay us a 25% refund because none of us wanted to go through the small patent court. At over £6,000 for food, I expected a much better experience. Since then, she has changed her email address 3 times, agreed to pay us our refund 5 times by a certain date (yes, we have not received anything yet) and repeatedly ignored us. I have now reported them to trading standards and unfortunately it looks like we have to go down the courts. Not to be happy, especially considering how she ruined our day. Do not fall for their ruse, pretend to love animals and take care of your wedding. She won't."

"We came from london and spent a long time looking for the restaurant caffe with the details about happy cow and then google maps, but could not find it. the specified phone number also went to another restaurant and we were sent to a really wild geesejagd to finally find an alternative restaurant. Hopefully, the restaurant will clarify whether they are still working and if so, where they are. it was a nightmare with the wrong phone number and wrong address, with the number that leads us wrong."

"I like a good burger, and in my opinion the Bacon Burger at Gooder is the best. I and my buddy at work talk about it all the time (he is also a big fan) and just write this review, makes me want one I need to try other things on the menu, but when I look at the menu, I always go to the same."
