"I love Okinii. This is my place for sushi or sashimi. The quality is always very fresh and I had nothing I don't like. The waiting staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere is great. The restaurant does not feel super confused, most sushi places have this mood. I was in Japan and thought after Sushi's food it would never be the same. I can say that okinii is the closest to Japan."

"That was her second night. Service was very good, waiter pleasant and knowledgeable. Menu varied, like a tapas bar with small plates and many unique flavors. We went with friends (four of us) and everyone ordered the four article Sampler family style, which meant that we got every taste of 16 different dishes! We also ordered cheese. The food and presentation were excellent. It is Byob and they even had complementary victory beer on tap! Only the problem was that they ran out of blue cheese (replace hat) and their primary pills tape went dry at 10 o'clock. Not bad for the 2nd night. Oh, they only take cash or check, no credit or debit cards. Great place, will be back at our foodie friends."

"We frequently dine in and order take out here and most of our experiences are great. The staff is great. Sometimes it takes a couple calls to get through but that is just because they are busy. Sometimes with take out our sides are missing. I also heard they started charging for the chips and salsa at the table that were free for many years. That is why I didn’t give 5 stars. With the prices of the food the chips and salsa should be free. But the reason we keep coming back is the food is so good. As a cautious diner I always ordered burritos, tacos, enchiladas, and taco salads. But I have to say please try their mole sauce…on everything! It’s so delicious. The mole con pollo is comfort food on the next level. And tonight I tried the chiles rellenos. Stuffed fried poblanos with cheese and ground beef and red sauce. It was a Mexican stuffed pepper and it was AMAZING. I’m so glad I tried it. The chicken enchiladas with mole sauce are addictive. I’ve learned you can be safe and eat what you already know. But am so pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavors when I try something new. I’m so glad to have this restaurant close by. It is authentic and delicious."
