"It was okay. I think some of the food was blend. Not too bad but won't be a first option for me personally. Great service and attentive but the food wasn't good for me . It was average and edible but nothing I'd crave to want to go back for. The chips and salsa were food. Also it was reasonably priced. However the steak was gross to me."

"I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, but this chipotle deserves it. It is the worst I have ever been to. It was so filthy- floors bathrooms were disgusting. The employees were so slow no one from the back jumped in to help up front with a line almost out the door. With only two people up front, the one was going from the cash register to making food- all without changing their gloves. The other seemed like he was high as he didn’t even know what sour cream was when I asked for it nor could he seem to figure out how to wrap the burritos (see pictures). I understand staffing is tough right now, however, the hygiene of this store is just unacceptable. Definitely do not recommend eating here!!!"

"Hi. I have been to Qdoba about 5 times in the last 2 months. I love the food here which is why I keep coming back. However, EVERY time I have been the service has been awful. Danny, is a man who is always working, he is very rude to customers, shouts at them, or ignores them completely. They have switched him to ring up orders and he is still very rude. Every body in the restaurant knows about this. I waited 20 minutes to get my order even made because the staff were ignoring everybody in line and only doing online orders. The entire time they were complaining about being short staffed and about the other employees working WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE LISTENING. They do not even acknowledge the customers. 20 minutes standing in line and not even looking at the customers as about 20 are standing in line. I finally got up to the cash register where Danny was working and he started opening rolls of quarters not even acknowledging me, he spent about 5 minutes doing this as i sat there. Since I had been there before I knew my total was $11.02 so I ended up grabbing exact change leaving it on the counter and grabbing my meal my self. SO RUDE. I have never been more upset at a restaurant, and this isn’t a first time occurrence. I was looking for a manager to talk to and not one was in sight, all the employees do is complain about the restaurant and serving their customers. What happened to customer service. this is absolutely ridiculous. i have never felt this upset and enraged by rude workers. I understand being under staffed but being rude to your customers is very very unprofessional."
