"Amazing eating, lying waiting, 3 false bills. we went to this cozy little Italian place in south kensington. order our food and exchange it salami for spicy salami on the pizza quadro stagioni. we had a nice evening until we ordered the bill. on the bill they had us extra for the spicy salami 42.19 pfund an instead of 41.09) we mentioned this, and the waiter told us that he will bring a new bill without the 1 pfund service) that was extra charged. he came back with a bill of 47.14Pouns we once again mentioned that there is now a starter on which we never had. he told us he'd be taking the right bill now. Unfortunately, the third bill was 45.16, where it now was 2 big instead of 1...more"

"I wanted to pay to add extra mozzarella to my calzone. The waiter refused to request it as it wasn't possible. It made me think it might come as a frozen dish. The dough tasted differently as well to what I was used to. I think I am going off pizza express, sadly not the service/quality it used to be."

"Great restaurant. we came shortly after lunch, so it was quieter. from the view from the outside this place is small, but what is not known is that it has a very clever and well designed seating opportunity. the back area during the quiet times is ideal for young family. the personal was very attentive and was quick to use children's menu and colour pencils for them. as it was after lunch, eating quickly came and was at the right temperature for the children. the adult food was perfect. an outstanding mention of the employee I believe her name is brandowa. she made the children really comfortable and really did well. we were less impressed by another employee when she seemed loud and pretty worrying, I felt for the tourist bundle she had. a great experience. bier was great!"

"The best authentic Italian restaurant where we were! we had the meatballs and mushrooms for a starter, and then the carbonara with chicken and pollen cacciatore as our main dishes. jorge our waiter made excellent recommendations, and was very friendly. timmy our hostess was always so friendly, she followed with us as soon as we finished eating and added a nice personal note to the experience with the conversation together with free limoncello dishes. excellent food, service and atmosphere!"

"This place has everything going against it. The hygiene and quality is degrading and a repulsion. The food is outright disgusting, by far the most terrible meal i have had. They serve old forks and their crockery has a rotten smell. They seem unwashed and dirty. Cannot regret eating here more! Not worth it!"
