"We were expecting good service and good food. We arrived around 1-1:30, not overly busy. Took a seat inside and watched our server for 1/2 hour wander around. Finally got her attention, and she took our drink order, which she got wrong. Then ordered , and not too happy with what we received. My platter, (Shrimp, Fish & something else deepfried to a crisp), arrived. The fish was about 6 inches long, and the size of a hotdog, "Chips" burnt to a crisp. My sons order was made wrong so we shared our meals with him until it arrived 15 minutes later. (Nothing better than making a hungry 11 year old wait for his food-thanks). I gave a rating of 2 because they had ample parking for our truck & trailer... (Oh, and just because we speak English when we are talking amongst ourselves docent mean we are not bilingual...just sayin' grumpy waitress...)..."

"Location is not everything for this hotel attached restaurant. However, the food is very good. We ordered chicken, fish and chips and a chicken sandwich all of which were done pretty good, chicken was a bit dry. Service a tad slow and not very attentive though. All in all a good choice for a bit too expensive dinner while staying overnight for the ferry to the north shore."
