"The pizza looked good, but if you dont wanna spend 3 minutes chewing on a single bite, dont get this Large 16‘’ Pizza (8 Slices). Its basically gum. The taste is mediocre, the tomato sauce and pepperoni tasted like it was from Publix. Alfredo Side Pasta was bland, it was probably a pre-heat that was thrown in the oven. Garlic rolls unit was another chewy and oily mess with no taste. All the taste that was missing, was concentrated in one 10 Chicken Wings, I couldnt finish them."

"I feel this is a fair feedback 3 stars is because you could improve more, I’ll rate every plate that I tasted , the focaccia was a little bit sour but I ate it all it was not unpleasant but was sour, bruschetta was ok, prosciutto and cheese table was controversial, because says in the menu has pecorino cheese and I saw something similar to pecorino in color but normally is salty and this one was not , tasted like manchego cheese, parmesano cheese I was hoping was reggiano because the price of the table but I think was grana padana which is not bad,but why this table was controversial, well you used an amazing product like crudo di Parma and added it very cheap ingredients like 2 types of cheddar cheese from the most cheap and unflavored type of cheese, and the salame precut with pepper around also very cheap and nothing to give about flavor of Italy , also instead of used your fresh bread you added it packed toasts to it ,you have amazing Italians products out there. Use it because you charge 28 dollars for a table that the prosciutto di Parma is the only good product on it. I’m not trying to be rude I just saw a place with potencial to explote. Black risotto very rich in flavor, rise aldente which is very brave from the chef cause not everybody like it but I loved it, I also tasted the pomodoro sauce and was not bad but could be much better pasta was not integrate completely with the sauce, so the pasta remained almost full white. Tagliollini was more like linguini but the taste was good, carbonara what to say one of the more controversial dishes in the Italian food and culture , well this one surprised me a lot because was ver very good in flavor the only thing I did not like was that I found some pieces of completely cook eggs but you can fix that other than that amazing the carbonara , rigatoni bolognese was also ok not amazing but was good. Let’s se we didn’t take dessert unfortunately but we took coffee and was not good , as Italian restaurant coffe has to be perfect I asked for a espresso and was watery and with no flavor tasted like americano coffee. But also you can fix that , this is not a review feeling that I know everything this a review about what I was expecting as a regular Italian restaurant customer and chef, you have a gold mine in your hands but you are very close to authentic Italian in pasta flavor that’s why I wrote this review I hope you can use it"

"Starting with the atmosphere, they sat us in the outdoor area in front of the door. So imagine a door that is open and your table is the door stop to keep the door open. That is where we sat. Though the glass there was another family seated and it felt like we were eating together.Service, no one spoke English not even enough to communicate with my husband. It was so bad that they would talk to me and ignore him all together. I could have translated their conversation but they didn't even bother to include him and just talked to me. Our server was nice but again my husband couldn't ask him about the menu.Food, the fried cheese balls were paired with sweet and sour sauce. Seemed like a strange pairing of an Asian sauce with a spanish cheese. It distracted from the cheese. An Asian sauce doesn't fit the Italian, Cuban, Spanish theme. It just tasted strange. Asians don't have cheese recipes that should have been a clue. It wasn't fusion it was confussion.The spaghetti carbonara. Best description, meh. It was not the best. It was missing the black speckles of black pepper that the name carbonara comes from.$42 short rib. It was so disappointing. Over all the whole dish was under seasoned. Risotto was the worse part. It haf some pieces of rice that were al dente and others were over cooked. Overcooked to the point the the gain split. The flavor was like boiled rice in water boring boxed broth. The beef was just under seasoned. The mushrooms sauce was either not enough or the beef was just simply under seasoned.This dish needed SALT, SALT, SALT!I couldn't finish eating it.I will not be returning to try other dishes."
