"Easily the best Chinese restaurant I've found in Tennessee since moving from Washington 6 years ago. Menu is standard and simple, but the quality of the food is too good to pass up. Tried most everything on the menu and haven't been disappointed yet."

"Most food on the buffet was lukewarm, some looked old/dried out. There was mold on the curtains at our booth. I had pretty bad diarrhea that night into the next day from eating here. This place really needs a remodel and better quality food at correct temperature."

"Bonfire is a construction of your own raw ingredient bowl operation. You choose your base (usually different types of rice, Rarmen, Udon, Fusilli, etc. then add your meat, vegetables, spices and sauces. They then cook it teppanyaki style and served in an angled / bevelled bowl. You are really limited by your own imagination. You have a fairly large selection of ingredients and my finished bowl is always delicious. The restaurant could be a little cleaner. There are sometimes residues and garbage around the well drinking area, and the tables sometimes have a dirty texture."

"So much grease on the food, it didn't absorb the seasonings or sauces. My friend and I created entirely different bowls and they tasted almost exactly the same. It seems like maybe they don't clean the grill top throughout the day or something. Very bland. Extremely greasey. Ate it anyway and won't make that mistake again. Both of us have upset stomachs, now. People were polite, though."
