"We ordered the large bowls of Thai chicken noodle soup which normally comes with lots of texture and flavor........their receipe is hot water with noodle and 2 tiny pies of dry chicken. meat 4 tiny grated slices of carrots............when I asked for a few more vegetables or some cilantro or basil or anything green...I was told no...that Thai Express had strict rules for employees to follow and there was nothing they could do to help us. By the way...$10.00 per bowl. Worst soup ever."

"Terrible service (rude snappy unhelpful miserable attitude) . TERRIBLE food. I eat thai express often as a fast food alternative in many cities as i travel fpr work, and this was beyond bad. had shrimp fried rice (×2 shrimp) and chicken fried rice . both were so mushy amd overcooked it was inedible. glad I dont live here and would be forced to eat this as 'thai express' ."
