"It's a little slow, but I'm usually there at 10:00. Not much other activity here at this time, so I'm sure it's not ready to just wait for me to show up. Again, it's just a little slow, not exaggerated. That said... foods are always correct, hot, fresh and packed correctly. NIE must go back with a problem... it is worth waiting the extra minutes to have it for the first time! Staff are always polite. I have no complaints. *PS the waiting time is not a complaint in any way and should not be taken in this way...just an observation to help others understand his non-food sit under a heat lamp waiting that you drive around the building as they throw it in the car... a good restaurant needs the appropriate time to make things right for you."

"We loved this coffee shop for the most part and would highly recommend for an excellent cup of fresh coffee and baked goods. The place was large and I have to say the bathroom was exquisite! 4/5 stars due only to the service, though friendly enough, they seemed frazzled when a short line of customers accumulated. Our order included a frosted cinnamon roll and a blueberry muffin which were put together in one small paper bag with a smash. We waited longer than some customers after us before we received our full order. But it was all so good! The coffee itself was remarkable! Let’s make it 4.5 stars."
