"My parents are visiting from NZ and called in yesterday to buy some fresh fish to cook for 'their favourite son '. They said the service was excellent and were expertly directed to the Mangrove Jack which they had never tried. The fish was outstanding, and they stated 'Was the best fish they have tasted in Australia '. Thanks guys and gals."

"The most expensive chips and gravy I have ever ordered. chick on the phone didn't know how much the minimum chips was and had to either go at look at the menu or ask someone else. looking at the price of other things on the menu once I got there I was so glad that I didn't ordered anything else. chips were under cooked. gravy was microwaved so long that the container it was in was starting to melt. I asked for chicken salt and not sure what they actually put on it but it was neither chicken salt nor regular salt. place smelt unlike any other seafood market I've ever been to, was almost just going to walk back out and go somewhere else but it was after 7pm and didn't know if by the time I looked up another place if they would still be taking orders or not. wont be back ever."

"Went to get fish and chips from this store and after waiting for an hour for literally a serve for one person I was disgusted with what came out. Cold chips and a piece of 'grilled' fish that was rubbery like it had just come out of the microwave (definitely NOT grilled).The boy on the register had no idea what was going on and the lady running the kitchen was not only extremely rude but was EATING, yes I repeat EATING whilst putting all food packs together.It was disgusting service and food and I would warn anyone against going there ever!!"

"Every time we go for moffatt, we grab some fish and chips from the fish bowl, grab our picnic rug and eat it on the beach. the building is not fantastic. it's pretty raw. eating is very expensive. we have a meal for 2 people and it's pretty good for what we paid. if they want a chic place with chic staff, there are a few places down in caloundra. If they want reasonable fishing and chips for a good price and they don't make the old school service, then I would come here. we are coming back to moffat."

"We moved to Qld now. For an appointment day in Caloundra. For a decent walk along the promenade. If we could not believe how many fish and chips on the way, we hoped for a good one. De Lish Fish. It was really good. Ordered a surf pack you could have scattered or scattered. We chose 2 very large fish, 4 Calamari rings, 2 seafood sticks, 2 shrimps and perfectly cooked chips. It was pretty crowded. With a coke costs only $40. You have a Gelato bar that I would like to try, but my eyes are bigger than the stomach... next time. They also sell salads such as beet root, pasta, Greek. They have seats outside. We really enjoyed it and would go again. If you want to see what else they have, check their menu on the line, many choices."
