"My family went for 20 years after chung ying house, we never had a problem until yesterday evening. I decided because this was so strange that I was so arranged and told that I would come back, I would normally not mind, but we are. a disabled family and it takes a lot to go down to the village. on the phone I was hit with rudeness before I had to explain it. then in the load I asked for a refund and the answer was: “You can’t try something like it.” the only reason I bought it back is because I wanted to give them the advantage of the doubt and that eating had never been so. I asked for a refund again and was met with more aggressive accusations. my mother then came in and was ignored when he served another customer, then I continued to argue, then I asked again after my refund, which was his answer again: "they can not try something and bring it back." then he took 15 pounds from the time. I paid £28.50 for our meal and did not cost it at all. If I had a full refund, I would go back happy. but the fact that I can't come back if my eating isn't nice is honest to baffel! I regret that, but I would like people to know how bad we were treated by a popular member of our village."
