"The staff here seriously need some proper training. They are like children and haven’t seem to have grown up and seemed to antagonise passengers. When you are dealing with passengers who have long journeys, as well as flight crew who fly regularly, often fatigued, you need to at least have some well mannered, well trained, professionalism and friendly customer service. These staff members could not seem to handle the pressure of this type of environment. I think this is the worst place I’ve visited and will try and avoid it and fly via somewhere else!"

"All travellers know that airport food is generally poor and overpriced. I was so happy with the food in Sicily, though, that I thought the airport food might also be good. Wrong. I foolishly took what they called saltimbocca, which lacked any evidence of prosciutto, and had a few minuscule pieces of sage on it. Disappointing. I made saltimbocca ONCE and it was better that this. Price 13.8 euro."
