"In the past few months i have been here a few times and every time I go i fall in love a little bit more (if that's possible).Lunch bento boxes are so tasty and economical you would be crazy not to try.Dinner is always busy but in a good way. The nanban chicken is my favourite, followed by angry birds, barramundi eggplant curry, tempura prawns and the genghis khan. Top it off with the Matcha ice cream and egg waffles....arghhh it's making me hungry just talking about it!!Please enjoy the photo of my Taro latte which lasted all of 1 minute before being devoured"

"For Sunday dinner. Wasn't here for a while. The food was delicious. Juicy Brat duck and roast pig. The stirring fry scallop with brocolli was fresh and brocolli was still crispy. The Stir fry beef was also delicious and Chili-Pfeffer-Squid Tenacles was a fav among the children. The menu was very extensive. The service was fast and attentive."

"Came on a busy week night end of last week and we were seated in less than 30 minutes. The staffs were very friendly and it made our waiting time passed really quickly. We asked what are their signature dishes and the staffs happily told us all. So we decided to try their signature dishes, nasi lemak to share (with mamak fried chicken, matcha curry chicken, sambal squid and beef rendang). We also ordered their char koay teow and volcano curry laksa. The char koay teow was tasty but a little wet (I like mine dry). The volcano curry laksa needs a bit more spice and oomph to it but the taste is definitely there. The nasi lemak which is our favourite was yummy and we like their sambal, curry chicken and beef rendang. We all agreed that the beef rendang was our highlight for the night! The fried chicken is a little bit bland as perhaps they have not marinade it long enough to get the flavour through the chicken pieces. For our drink, we ordered the tower teh tarik which is very authentic Malaysian! I can truly taste that it is not one of those packaged teh tarik. So we were very happy with this too. I think we will come back for the nasi lemak again next time!"

"Ate here sunday night. Now called 'Cinnamon vic park' and serves Indian and Malaysian food.Maybe we should have gone for the buffet but wanted Beef rendang.which we got. Beef was tender but sauce lacked coconut.Also had a cauli and potato dish and a prawn...curry.Both were very oily. A Roti was awful.Just a burnt flat bread. BYO is pp. Very good service. Going back? "After looking around at a few restaurants online I decided on this one specifically because it had cendol. We came by for dinner with family and booked since we had a fairly larger group. There was plenty of street parking near the restaurant. We grabbed a few things to share. The salted egg soft shell crab was just amazing. Crispy, crabby and eggy so it was really nice with rice or just by itself. The Hokkien mee and char kweh tiew were alright. "I quite enjoyed my experience here - we came as a group and had a table booked as requested, and when the weather went bad staff were lovely about moving inside. We were curious about the beers and one of the staff dug out their secret reserve stack of beers out the back which was really nice. Our food servings were generous and tasty, with some really good value $15 lunch deals.<br>

My spicy buffalo wings were especially notable - not very spicy and not traditional buffalo sauce but they tasted so delectable, and were cooked to a hot, fresh and juicy crispy perfection. The jalapeño poppers were huge and fresh, and so yummy. The fried chicken waffles with whiskey maple, OMG - I don't go for sweet dishes but that was amazing even if presentation wasn't the best. My sliders were OK, not as hot and tasty but not bad - they really needed a condiment. I tried the loaded fries and mac and cheese which were OK but I loved my own choices and will definitely go back. <br>

I was impressed at what they could do with such a tiny kitchen. The only thing was we wanted to order more drinks and desserts too but we had to repeatedly ask for service and it was too difficult that we ended up going elsewhere after but this seems to be a Perth trend. We otherwise enjoyed our experience and I have been back (from craving those wings) and the service was excellent. I noticed the owner (when he had time) made sure to check on all tables personally and meet his customers which was a really nice touch. I definitely feel like this business cares a lot about it's customers."

"Been coming here for years but not in the past 18 months - stopped in for a quick dinner on Wednesday and wasn't disappointed. The decor has improved as they've extended the seating area but they still still serve honest portions at reasonable prices. The mixed BBQ meat plate (we had roast duck, roasted pork belly and roasted pork) at just over $20 was generous and delicious! Place was packed out but service was spot on and was so glad to see that some things while different, don't change!"
