"Eastern European style customer service which would be fine if we were back in the USSR (you don't know how lucky you are, boy) but we are in America and the expectation is that you are nice to customers if you ever want them to come back. The older lady is straight up rude and has a habit of saying inappropriate things, she asked why my sister was so huge compared to her granddaughter. She also asked my Mom if she was a Jew at one point, what kind of a question is that and why the hell does she need to know that information? On top of the extremely culturally inappropriate customer service their products are old and generally pretty terrible the fermeted goods like the cabbage are often oversalted and old to the point of soggy. I've gotten multiple rancid packs of pickled herrings as well. We stopped going here a while ago even though it's close and the other Eastern European grocery is across town it's just too unpleasant of an experience."

"I truly, truly, truly. Thank GOD I found another Gem in Rochester!!! I was offered a Mackeson Stout [my first one! , needless to say, there is nothing I 've dabbled in that compares! The patio offered a nice place to cool down after a few rounds of pool $1!!! the stage was huge!! the events must be awesome!!! , the people, the food, [guys truly I 'mI enjoying writing this. Lol because It 's true! I believe this location should be deemed a historical landmark! Let 's teach the other businesses that if you fight hard to protect your space, Keep it about the reason you started, and we all do our part to see the Good in each other.... become true Treasures in the 10th Ward. "Not only is the food always warm and tasty but the customer service is exceptional! I placed an Uber eats order today and I was kind of confused and place the order the wrong way. I received a call from the restaurant helping me correct it. They could’ve just charged me more but instead she help me fix my order. To me customer service is always important, I will recommend Latinos paradise to everyone and they have a faithful customer here.Parking: The location has a big and comfortable parking spot. Very clean area"
