"The waitress was a bit rude. They are not flexible with orders (the can’t add chicken to the spaghetti with verdure). The restaurant is not as chic as it looks in the picture. The food was ok but not the best sushi I ate in Italy."

"We came just for drinks. The waiter that’s fine, go to the Bar Zone. He asked if we wanted cichetti to which we first said yes. But quickly said no as we had realised it was going to be an extra charge and we had...dinner booked. This was fine until the lady who appears to be in charge came and basically told us off saying we had promised to buy food too and that’s what we had to do. It’s only because my husband handled it calmly and well that we managed to leave with just the drinks we had finished. She told us to pay and leave. The waiters apologised to us profoundly once the woman had disappeared. They are clearly trained to make you buy food too. Shame because it looks like a nice place and we would have happily eaten there ordinarily!"
