"I had some chicken tenders and fries 3/19. It was good going down. But I didn’t expect it to give me food poisoning and empty my entire stomach. I ate everything I made for my kids. EXCEPT I had this place. By Wednesday I was vomiting and had bad nausea… Pepto and Pedialyte has been on my night stand and I’ve not eaten since yesterday morning. The store manager was so rude. He called me and said, “Is this Tatiana?” When I said yes, may I ask who’s calling, he spoke very fast and asked What happened. — There was NO hello ma’am, I’ve heard you became ill. Would you mind telling me what happened. — I told him I ate there Sunday evening and started to feel a sick Tuesday, but by the time Wednesday came around I was really sick and I’m still not feeling well. He said, but we sell a hundreds of batches a day and this is the first complaint. Wow, so basically it’s unbelievable that the chicken was undercooked… I’m filing a complaint with Public Food Safety in Oakland County. If you choose to eat here beware. I’m behind on work and paid this established for food poisoning and bad service."

"This is the worst captain Jays ever! I ordered a 10 piece shrimp and 3pcs perch. First I only got 6 shrimp. Next the shrimp was so over cooked they were in a ball. The fish was so over cooked it was mush. To top that off everything tasted like old grease. I don't even want the food. The lady on the corner does a better job. Sad"

"Food is decent, really like the coleslaw. But the attitudes and slow service sometimes makes me decide on elsewhere. And don't think your saving time by calling in because they will take your whole order on the phone and then tell you once you get therethat you have to order at the counter. This happened 3times and the third time I was informed that they only take orders at thecounter because they don't cook anything until you get there. Also if you decide to buy any of their shelved items PLEASE CHECKTHE EXPIRATION DATE. Practically every time we have gotten something it was out dated or almost out dated. Bathroom and lobbycould be cleaner but not the worse. Make sure you keep your receipt."

"Awfully upset, I made a order on doordash and it took forever for them to accept the order, I called 3 times and got no answer. When I checked my door dash app it said my food was on progress and a dasher was going to pick it up. 15 minutes later I received a notification saying that my order was canceled. This is awful, now I have to find another way to feed my family and I. I guess this is what I get for trying to support a restaurant I knew nothing about."
