"We're going here more often. the scavengers (before all scavengers) and the rumpsteaks are sensational. the side salad has a very tasty dressing and the beer is always perfectly tapped. there is a large selection of pils, weeping, white beer and sasion beer. the chef sometimes gets a little bit of a mess but the 2 services are extremely nice. our children can be beautifully torn on the playground and you sit in the beer garden. In addition, you can walk around the outside wonderfully in meadow valleys and forest."

"We were there three times this summer in a short sequence and were always served very friendly and fast, although other service workers had service every time. Varied, good bourgeois cuisine and various wines in the region at usual prices. We taste and like it there."

"Mehr auch nicht. Leider gibt es hier (TripAdvisor) nur befriedigend oder sehr gut.Zunächst zum Essen: Meine Vogelsberger Bandnudeln mit Spargel und Pesto waren sehr schmackhaft aber fast kalt. Die Menge war ausreichend und vom Preis angemessen.Der Service ließ aber zu wünschen übrig. Ich bestellte ein kleines Wasser und erhielt ein 0,5l Flasche (laut Karte also ein Großes), was mich aber nicht störte (kann passieren). Leider wurden über unserem Tisch die Geranien gegossen, und es tropfte stetig knapp neben den Tisch. Diese Tatsache führte zu einem erfrischendem Gefühl an meinen Beinen. Jedoch sah die Servicekraft das nicht so locker und statt sich zu entschuldigen äußerte sie mehrmals Sätze wie "zu Ihnen komme ich ungern, da werde ich ja geduscht". Als Gast fühlte ich mich als Bürde, wenn ich noch was benötigte.Zudem entgegnete selbige Kraft auf "Ihnen auch noch einen schönen Feiertag" mit einem sehr knappen "das meinen Sie jetzt nicht ernst!?". Und ja, ich meinte es ernst, da ja wohl irgendwann Feierabend ist und man diesen geniessen kann. Ich beschwere mich auch nicht bei meinen Kunden, wenn ich Samstags oder über den Feierabend hinaus noch arbeite.Weiter Mangel: Andere Gäste wurden nicht so schnöde behandelt. Dies lies sich am Nachbartisch beobachten. Dort saß "Kurmuddi" in Bluse und Blazer mit Anhang und diese wurden mehrmals (auch von der Seniorchefin) zur Zufriedenheit befragt. Als Gast in kurzer Hose habe ich dennoch auch ein paar Scheinchen zu vergeben und erwaten die gleiche, angemessene Bewirtung.Alles in allem war das Essen gut, die Lokation unter dem Baum mit den Vogelhäuschen sehr schön, aber der Service und die Unterscheidung in A- und B-(Hörnchen) Gäste nicht angebracht. Gutes Essen genieße ich dann künftig wieder dort, wo auch der Service stimmt."

"This was my second visit to this restaurant. The first time around we attended an event and the food and service was great. This time around we came with family for dinner whilst touring though the region. Unfortunately, our experience couldn't have been any more different compared to our first one. The service was slow, I felt that we were more an inconvenience than appreciated. The food was okay, but the portions were small and some of it wasn't even cooked properly. The shame thing about it all is that the estuarine was even full or overly busy. I certainly won't be coming back for a while but might give it a try after a while again to give it one more chance, given that our first visit was a good experience."

"We were allowed to attend last night in a beautiful wedding that found its highlight in the lovingly decorated mill museum. The food was remarkable. Mongolian barbecue with extremely good mood, endless variations and very much fun and palate joy. Also the appetizer, dessert and the cheese buffet were very good. I have not experienced such a good service and kindness. The glass was hardly empty and a new one was there without being ordered directly. We would then be brought home too soon. If there were more stars, I would forgive them, but unfortunately the scale ends at 5. We'll come back to eat restaurant. Thank you to the great team!"

"We chose the winery on 8.7. as a location for our wedding and we can only recommend it. The staff was very accommodating and always responsive. They did everything to make the day special. The buffet was excellent and it really has every taste. It came back before the buffet was empty. No one had to wait long. Because of the high temperatures we couldn't sit inside long and spent the whole day on the terrace. The staff is super flexible and has received it immediately. It was a perfect day. We will eat there in the future."
