"For more than 17 years, Günther Haas has managed the Landgasthof. On October 16th, his lease ends. For the 69 year old, it is also a farewell from the gastronomy. He needed a job and a roof over his head. And the Johann Adams Mill in Tholey had both to offer. What at the first moment sounds like a pragmatic solution, a pure reasoning story, quickly became a heart project. For more than 17 years the Mill Landgasthof Günther Haas has been alive. With all the memories that have accumulated in this time, he might fill up whole books. A chapter would bear the heading farewell. For 16.10. ends the commitment of the guardian. At 69, it's time to stop. Nevertheless, I did not like the decision, he confessed. Special names for food such as the sharp Heinz , a Chilli Lyonerring with roast potatoes, have a certain tradition in the inn. We used to offer nicknames with bacon herbal sauce, Haas looks back. And each of the nicknames that are potato claws in elongated form have got a name. Guests are welcome to order wild dishes and roulettes. For our pig bags, people come from far away, white Haas.
