"Great food. We stopped here as we saw a funny looking dog running into the bar area. Decided on a pizza and a burger. I was not expecting a pizza made in a clay oven, wood fired. We watched the lad knead the dough, chop all the fresh ingredients and make fantastic pizza! Then the burger came, jesus, it was big. Bacon, egg, salad... The chips were proper too. Real Whitby style! Great drink choices too. Definitely try a smoothie. If you want some good time food, go here! The backpackers will scoff... Screw em."

"Absolutely amazing food and the owner puts himself completely out for you. Gave us complimentary tea and gorgeous juicy pineapple for dessert. We were a group of 7 with various dietary preferences (enthusiastic carnivores and exigent vegans) and everyone was raving about the size and the taste of the dishes! Really highly recommended! We weren’t sure about it at first, because the restaurant opposite was full and this one empty, yet because of the ratings here and Happy Cow we made the leap and were truly delighted! Thank you so much! (vietnamese coffee was excellent and really cheap too)"

"We have come here for one of our meals almost every single day of our stay in this area. The staff is SO friendly and willing to make changes to your order. They have plenty of vegan options and most pizzas can be made vegan without the cheese. They made our smoothies with coconut water instead of milk also which has been great! There are a lot of selections on the menu but we love the falafel salad, pumpkin pizza, and falafel burger. Since we came so often they even brought us out a free garlic pizza for coming so often. So kind and great atmosphere with the nice music choices they play. Definitely come here!"

"Both vegan Banh Mis were absolutely delicious and different to every other Banh Mi we tried. The price is higher but reasonable because you get a lot of veggies and tofu. You must put sauce on the bread on your own otherwise it tastes a bit dry. I would give the service and the sandwiches 5 Stars if I could. The vegan Pho in the other side lacked flavor and was rather disappointing. Updated from previous review on 2023-01-06"

"We were a bit hesitant, vietnamese eating to dauen for dinner, but at the end we were so glad that we made it! burgers were loaded and tasty, cake nice and they have great wee and beer on tap. the personal was nice and fast, and the whole atmosphere of the place is really nice. absolutely recommended for some Western foods."
