"My family and I ate there on 1/28/22. It already started off as a bad night because we live an hour away and needed to go to a local store that way and taking 3 children anywhere especially after school is difficult. So the wife decided she wanted cracker barrel. I am usually not one to say yes lets take all the kids out to eat. I have eaten at hundreds of restaurants across the country. Let me say our waiter Lamar was the best waiter I have ever had. He was seriously impressive. From his service to his hospitality to how he handled having a table with 3 kids. He spoke to the kids in a funny yet caring way. He went out of his way when just walking past to say stuff to the my kids and they loved him. I will say as a business owner this man is an asset and is top notch. Very professional and excellent at his craft. He was the best waiter i have ever had and i will continue to eat there and request him if i am in the area. Cracker barrel needs to take notes on this man because he changed my view point on how a waiter and the hospitality industry should operate."

"My sister and I met my cousin in Pittsburgh after over a decade and the three families decided to go here for dinner! Getting everyone aligned on going here took a bit of time and I called around 8 PM (they close at 9) to reserve a table for 12 at 8:30 PM! To my surprise they agreed to give us a table. Our whole party was seated at 8:30 PM and ALEXIS waited our table. In spite of the late reservation, she was sweet, friendly and patient with us. We made our best effort to efficiently place an order and the food started flowing in quickly. Portion sizes were good and all the food we ordered was delicious!! The Indonesian Fried Rice was the winner of that evening. Finally, Alexis took few pictures of the whole group and overall, it was a great experience. In spite of being a large party, making a reservation just before COB, on a Saturday night and, during the Jul 04 weekend, there were several things that could've gone wrong but Alexis was amazing. She gave us a great experience and made the evening memorable for us in the best way possible. Kudos to her and the team at ThaiFoon PGH!!"

"LUNCH not dinner. Less packed, much nicer environment AND staff for lunch menu. Even the usually unpleasant manager is pleasant and more willing to solve an issue during the day. Hosts always give you a booth if there are booths open. I've gone to dining multiple times for dinner and the hosts put menus down on the closest table to them and walk away without saying a word. Dinner is always packed, usually a wait. Staff always seems annoyed that you are there and less friendly for dinner. Cheaper and better service for lunch."

"I have been to Ya Fei once with my for dinner. So this review is based on single experience. It's a descent place if you in mood for asian food. I and kids actually liked their fried calamari. Both sushi rolls were good. Mala chicken was descent but we were expecting dry, fried mala chicken however this was I guess American Chinese version of it, not sure though. Overall we were happy with our experience. For a family of 4 it costed us $100. I would definitely try Ya Fei again."

"Quite a lot to expect from a hotel lobby bar. Real crisp and contemporary decoration and the service was nothing to jump up and down, but also no discomfort.
