"In the summer months we spend a lot of time in Switzerland and our popular mountain restaurant is the mountain restaurant Hammetschwand. It has everything you want! Every time a great reception and great service by very professional hard employees (Andrea and stanco) they work the restaurant from the heart and are very sincerely decent people. They work every day there is good weather in the summer months without regular days, so that something energy and commitment they both have. The selection of dishes is especially excellent for a mountain restaurant. The views are absolutely stunning and there are always many people there, every time we visit, so the restaurant must be applauded! Well done and keep the good work! X"

"I visited here one Monday lunchtime, I was fairly early, 11.45am but there were some tables already taken, people eating lunch. There is room outside and inside to sit but more or less on the main Lucerne - Küssnacht road so a little noisy.The diners seemed to be mostly workers and the menu only offered a choice of three lunch menus. I didn't want so much so I asked if I could have something smaller. The answer was emphatically 'No'. No attempt was made to accommodate me. I had a Cola Zero and later a coffee, when the bill came it was an astounding CHFr 9.60. On top of that the waitress was a little shocked when I took the 40 Rappen change.The level of service needs attention."
