"We live in peterborough and travel the 45 minutes to port perry especially for blazing burgers. that will not happen again. we had the worst time at our last visit that we decided we didn't go back. the personal was vey...rude to my wife because of a mistake they made and when they brought it to their attention, they argued instead of fixing the problem. we would have complained to the owner, but he was not in the restaurant on this particular day."

"We popped in for some finger food to snack on while driving back to the city. The vegetable spring rolls had a thin crispy pastry and filled with tasty vegetables. They gave us freshly made sweet and sour sauce to go with it. The crab Rangoon was perfect...hot and crunchy. The cold drinks were made to perfection. I had the snow mango and it was heavenly. The staff were polite and prompt. Would love to visit them for a full meal someday."

"The Piano Inn and Cafe came highly recommended by local patrons during a pass through visit to Port Perry, and we were delighted to have the opportunity to return to the town and visit the Cafe for lunch in this historic building. Our host warmly...welcomed us and was very responsive to our request for an inside and cooler table. Safely protocols were clearly reviewed before we crossed the threshold and it were evidently in place throughout our stay. We were impressed with the wholesome and varied menu and enjoyed every mouthful of their infamous red pepper and tomato soup and grilled cheese along with a refreshing pear, goat cheese, chicken and walnut salad. The Grammy Stone ice cream for dessert topped everything off beautifully. I had serendipitously been seeking a destination for my sister 's 'special ' birthday and when we learned more about the Inn and suites, we left with a gift card that will allow her to enjoy a stay and the Cafe. We look forward to returning what is becoming a favourite family destination."

"This is a small hot dog draw next to the gas station. It makes gluten-free options and uses another frit and oil for frits and corn dogs. They have gluten-free rolls for their gf hot dogs. I spoke to the owner who was knowledgeable and wanted to supply inclusive food, be it half, vegan or gluten-free. The service was friendly and the hot dogs and pommes tasted super."

"I should clarify, the food itself was ok. Not outstanding, just ok. However, they have a limited menu and charge almost $30 for all you can eat! On top of that, we referenced the menu to choose our items and when they came they weren't the same. When we addressed it to the waitress she said that the menu doesn't reflect the actual items for all you can eat. Say what?!Also, they brought us the wrong rolls and we hate to waste but it wasn't what we ordered and 2 items we ordered never came at all to our table. I should also mention, that for the 2 hours we were there, we were the only customers.I'll stick to the place in Oshawa and Whtiby that are $20 for double the selection."
