"We ordered 2 beers and 2 hot dishes. The tapped beer came after a very long waiting period, was warm and scary. The calf livers ordered in Berlin style were removed as a mini serving with two small, burned liver pieces. The few puree was glassy. Instead of apple rings there was a kind of apple chutney, which tasted strongly to ginger, not bad but does not fit to liver. The onion rings were a dry finished product. The deficiencies were named on the question of satisfaction. Except one, "I say it" nothing came! This is not a way of proceeding with a courtesy of rightly existing complaint! Maybe the chef had a bad day... but with burnt meat and warm beer, at least a personal apology or a different counterpart would have been appropriate!"
