"Horrible experience! The staff was NOT WELCOMING at all. The housekeepers grab a new dress and shirt of mine. The guy that helps driving the golf cart, was smoking outside of our Villa, while they “were cleaning”. The Villa had water damage and smell like mold. Also, there’s this woman that has a bird in her shoulder, walking through the hotel, she was super mean and rude, dismissing my son whe he tried to talk to her. This place is overrated. The pool is so tiny and the food sucks.I’m so glad I cancel my next vacations there."

"My parents took my children a few days there. the encouraged my wife to close with them. every white, the hill country is the most picturesque region, the most unique texan! when texans think of a hill country trip, amazing golf courses, resort pools, fine dining, spa treatments, shopping, sailing boats, stunning modern luxury hots that do the hills do not jump right away into the senses (without they are a HSB-Re regular)! I'm not as sophisticated as other cripples. So, my expectations could not be so high. but honestly, we had too good a time to think about the bathroom that only the ones have each. or how I wanted to cook a totinos pizza without a pan. don't worry if you're just an ole boy like me. hsbr is just the road of enchanted rock longhorn caverns. So, they can still be dirty with something raw, outdoor hill country fun!"

"We had breakfast here this morning while staying at the Waldorf Astoria. The food was exceptional on the buffet with a wide variety of choices. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and sweet. It is my husband's birthday today. I mentioned it when I made reservations. This being a breakfast restaurant, I only expected them to wish my husband a happy birthday. They went above and beyond by bringing out a personal cake with a candle and the words "Happy Birthday" written on the plate in chocolate. What a treat! It is a bit pricey but it is worth every penny!"

"I visit them ever morning before work. They are on top of things when it's busy and they are an entertaining bunch. Plus the manager asked what is my favorite kind of monster and now orders extra white monsters so that they never run out. That is real customer service."

"The view was stunning! The manager and server were friendly and pleasant. For an appetizer, we had the popcorn shrimp- tasty dipping sauce and clever presentation with actual popcorn, but breading on shrimp was wet and falling off most of it. As entrees we had the sirloin, which was good, and the redfish. The redfish had an excessive amount of breading and was a bit flavorless. The corn was also not as flavorful as expected. Despite the issues with some of the food, overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend!"
