"The portions are good and the fish is skinned and tasty. The service can be a bit slow in person as I think the online orders consume the staff but overall I’ve been going here for a few years and the food is good. The staff are a bit hit and miss and it depends who is serving as to the service gained and there doesn’t appear to be a regular person out the front serving so it’s hard to get consistency but overall it’s a good place."

"Food was late even though 2 hours notice was given. Quality and quantity of starter was very poor and not as described. We made 2 requests on 2 dishes and both were ignored. Such as shame as previous orders were very good. It’s all well and good them saying “we’ll make it up to you next time “ but that doesn’t make up for the birthday meal that wasn’t up to standard"

"This is undoubtedly the best chip shop in the Wycombe area! the amount of food they are paid for the price is great (a small chip can be shared by two people with a main meal) and the quality is rarely excellent. the owner of the place was there as long as I can remember and leads the place very well. although we have two closer chip shops, we make the extra drive to this, because of how good it is."
