"The hotel is located in fairview 10 minutes walk from the center of the city, it is a mix of newsagent, food business off-licence. sells lottery tickets also birthday/occision cards. long-term opening times, up to at least 11 o'clock, although earlier can be closed during the celebration. I'm mainly looking for a time to buy! friendly polite service."

"So first off we aren 't the wealthiest of families so eating out is a rare treat but Wakame is a rarer treat still! Lets start with the churlish part; what will it cost? Well lets say youre really craving eastern cuisine so you pop down the high street you have a start, a main and drink you 're looking about £20, probably more if you 're choosing the pricier options on the menu. But why spend £20 here when the chippy or McDonald 's costs less? Lets move on to the point of spending our hard earned money the VALUE for the money. Wakame has great service, the staff are friendly and polite, a much greater food selection (lots of options on that menu! and greatest of all you will leave with a full stomach even though its not an 'all you can eat ' buffet! My family of 3 ate for less than £50 (that includes a 10% tip from me as thanks and all left with full stomachs after buying 2 soft drinks, some hot sake, a 14pc Veg Sushi, 2 mains and a side of egg fried rice. So damn tasty I keep meaning to try different things when I visit, but... Ha, ha! Maybe next time!"

"My mother and I had breakfast here this morning. It was nothing like those shown in the other reviewers' photos. We were very disappointed as the past reviews had given us high expectations. The portions were rather mean for a £10 breakfast. The hash brown...was from frozen, sausages weren't cooked properly, the slice of aubergine was tiny and tasteless and the harissa beans tasted more of sugar than anything else. The mushroom, spinach and tomato were cooked from fresh and tasty, but the breakfast overall was poor. At £3 for a black coffee, it was our most expensive coffee of the weekend. For two relatively small breakfasts and one coffee we paid £25. A 10% service charge was added (maybe this was shown on the menu, but we'd missed it if it was. We're both size 8 in clothes and really not greedy people, but after breakfast we went for coffee and cake to ease our disappointment. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I know we won't be going there again."
