"1 month ago booked, but when we arrived THEY OVER-BOOKED during easter weekend, and never say sorry to us, just said 'GO OUT'. and they accept the other people who paid more. UNFAIR and VERY IMPOLITE. we had difficulty to find another hotel during easter. and ruined the travel. The CHINESE OWNER was so arrogant and OFFENSIVE.FOR YOUR COMFORTABLE and SAFE TRAVEL, NEVER BOOKING THIS HOTEL DURING PEAK SEASON. They will accept all but when you arrive, THEY WILL KICK OUT."

"Really enjoyed eating at this family Korean restaurant. As others have mentioned, they have lots of Asian dishes, but we got two Korean ones and were very happy with our choices. Note we have had Korean food several times in the past. Service was fast...and friendly. Prices are reasonable for Luzern which is a very expensive city."

"We were at the Palace for the spa and because of the rain we decided to stay for dinner at the Marlin. I hadn't read the reviews which was unusual for me but the spa, hotel and bar experience were top notch so I had confidence going to the restaurant. What a treat! We were early 6:00 pm so there was only one other table occupied. We received world class service from Livia who was attentive and professional. The presentation is part of the experience. The fish are brought to the table uncooked on a silver tray for you to inspect the freshness. We chose the sole. Livia recommended the champagne sauce and a side (the one with cheese) I don't recall the name of it. Livia plated the fish at the table and was very skilled. Amazing, delicious meal. From appetizer,bread, main course to dessert it was magnificent!!! It was expensive but well worth every cent! I will be back when I return to Switzerland."
