"Mir ist diese Unterkunft als sehr gut mit freundlichem Personal empfohlen worden, auch das Essen. War wohl auch bis vor ein paar Wochen so. Ich habe inkompetentes und unfreundliches Personal angetroffen. Die Gaststätte war für die Schlafgäste zur ab und zu zum Getränkeverzehr geöffnet. Jedem sei sein Urlaub gegönnt, aber dann sollte gewährleistet sein, dann man wenigstens kleine Speisen erhält. Vogtareuth lebt anscheinend von seiner Klinik, hat sehr viele Schlafgäste, die allerdings ohne Auto dort verhungern zur Zeit. Schade, die, die dort waren müssen meistens noch öfter kommen und werden ganz bestimmt eine andere Lösung suchen. Der Übernachtungspreis im Vogtareuther Hof war ok, Frühstück wurde extra berechnet, aber die Handtücher wurden währen des mehrtägigen Aufenthaltes nicht gewechselt, geschweige denn im Bad etwas geputzt bzw. der Mülleimer geleert. Auch ich werde nächstes Mal eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Ich nehme dann in Kauf, fahren zu müssen."

"The store used to be good, but capable of being built. But now, thanks to the new staff, especially the black-haired one is a very contacting boy, where it always makes fun to get something."

"A) Hotel: Spacious, clean room. Relatively new and well maintained furniture. Thanks to my HRS Business Tariff, worth the money. Breakfast was fine. B) Gaststube: cosy Bavarian furnishings. The white beer was refreshing. The food tasted. Rich and felt like good home cooking. My nutritionist advises me not to eat such rich treats every day. Very well suited for an evening in society. A and B together, my recommendation!"

"2 Euro Extra charge for potato salad instead of 2 children. Naughty. The 2 dumplings are then sold separately. Portions become smaller and more expensive. Hosts are bad hosts. We've been regulars for over 20 years. Not anymore. Shame hopefully no more guests will come. Even for 1 spoon of cranberries for carving 1 euro extra charge. It's a groundless wickedness. Never ever so fast you drive a company to the wall."
