"We were too lazy to go out into the rain so we went in expecting hotel food. What a pleasant surprise. First, the place was very elegant, but the staff was like family. We had a discusion of my bad experience with the Verdicchio dei Castello di Jesi that came in fish shaped bottles and they convinced me Jesi needed another try. Big surprise!. Next I proceeded to overload on seafood, pasta frutti del mare followed by zuppa del mare. I was in mussel/clam/fish heaven. not as bold a Chiopino or the Zuppas I have had near Venice, a style of their own I loved. Even the bread was good and I usually only like bread from Tuscany and south. Finish with a chocolate desert and espresso and be glad the room was close by. I'd eat here even if I were staying elsewhere."

"I had dinner at Sardina with my girlfriend. We were craving a burger and were fully satisfied. I took the Maragnao 2.0 and she took the Mediterranean. the fish is excellent and the bread is most likely artisanal; the fried appetizers were equally satisfying, we will definitely be back.
