"The restaurant itself is very nice. The staff were extremely polite and attentive and the food was so delicious. We had some of the prawn dishes and the prawns were so tasty. The calamari was also super nice. Would definitely come back. Definitely worth a visit"

"My husband and I went to Mandaya Gril for a spontaneous dinner date on a Friday night but I've been there a number of times with my family from way back when it was called Bagobo's. On that particular night, we were the only customers though a group arrived before we left. There was a musical performer who was very good, playing and singing songs that are relaxing and are perfect for romantic dates. The food was great. I ordered baked oysters while my husband ordered inubarang manok. Both were very good. The place is perfect, the sevice is great, and the food is good!"

"Peking House used to be a popular restaurant specializing in Chinese dishes in Kalibo. With the advent of fast food chains, however, only loyal customers go there for their specialties.We were there a few days ago and ordered Crispy Pata, Seafood soup, and buttered chicken. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes. My husband expected the seafood soup to be on the sour side, just like tom yum, but it was downright bland. I think they just put hot water on the seafood and added veggies on the side. Blame it on the waitress who could not explain fully what kind of flavor our choice of order was. The Crispy Pata was not your typical pig's leg fried to a deep crisp. It looked like an omelet. The bones had been removed and fried flat. you can hardly distinguish the meat from the skin. The buttered chicken was the saving grace. the kids enjoyed them.We took the table near an air conditioning unit but it was still hot and when another family came in, a waiter put the air con on high. They must be saving on electricity.Overall, we were disappointed with our dinner. Can they bring back the old Crispy Pata, bones and all, and not buried in what seemed like egg and breading mix?"
