"The social is a gem hidden after the main row. Driving up an almost dirt road to find a little house surrounded by cars. The drinks are well made and honestly a big reason why we come back. The campfire whiskey drink is a must along with the margarita. The bread costs extra but is a must, I will say always ask for extra butter it is never enough! Dinner as far as we have found you cannot go wrong, order anything on the menu. I will say the grilled Caesar salad had great flavor but is hard to eat."

"Excellent all around! I love the vintage clothes in back and all the food is yummy. The potato rolls are incredible. Great hummus too."

"Rosendale Cafe is a charming cafe located in the town of Rosendale (hence its name). It has it’s own parking lot and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is located next to it’s vegetable flower garden in a relatively quiet area. The cafe hosts the artwork of a different artist monthly inside the building. They host different community events throughout the week (Salsa Dancing, Chess, Live Music, stand-up comics) which are fun to attend and attract a decent crowd. They also have a bar you can sit at for drinks. The food at the cafe is excellent but their menu is not fully Vegan/Vegetarian, although the majority of the meals are. Entrees come with a salad bread, sandwiches comes with chips. Their house salad has a homemade Japanese dressing which is excellent (they bottle and sell it separately as well). They usually have one vegan soup of the day available. Price range is affordable with entrees being $12-$18. I personally have enjoyed their Mushroom Tofu Stroganoff, Sweet Potato Burrito, and Vegan Reuben for entrees. Their cake is excellent and fully Vegan, I have personally ordered entire cakes for birthdays, I recommend the Maple Walnut cake, and the vanilla or chocolate chai cake(s) but they have several others as well. Service is decent, I have had an inattentive waitress a couple times and also on the dancing night it can be difficult for the servers to navigate to your table. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to any Vegan/Vegetarian. The food is enjoyable, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed (usually), and the price is right."

"Pizza here is amazing. Being raised in NYC made me somewhat of a pizza brat, but I can honestly say that the 2 pies my wife and I tried here were on the spot good. Maybe it 's the wood fire burning oven they use, but you won 't be disappointed. We got theHigh Falls Margherita and the Spicy 'Nduja Pie. Both very good. Also got a carrot cake. Not as much icing, but that 's good ifyou don 't want it overpoweringly sweet."

"On Sunday, December 3rd, a few friends and I enjoyed a meal after the Ulster County Horse Council fundraiser trail ride on the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. We chose the Garden House because they donated a prize certificate as an incentive to increase donations. Our meal was amazing, and we will be back! Thank you for supporting us, as we supported St. Jude's!"
