"Was my parents anniversary they made it very special. Dinner was good. Service was great, our waitress was very attentive and polite it was her first day but she did amazing. Was helpful, the atmosphere was nice. Dinner can be a little pricey but it's a really nice place to go."

"This is my second time visiting this establishment and I'm giving 3 stars (I almost have 2 stars) because 1. they refuse to split checks. It's a headache especially with a group of 20 people. They already add gratuity for 2 or more people... which is pretty much every table so why not split the checks? This is real inconvenient especially in 2022 since most people don't walk around with cash. 2. And speaking of credit/ debit cards they won't let you use credit card unless spending $20 or more. The first time I went we sat at the bar and a guy wanted a beer and walked out cuz he wasn't going to drink $20 worth of beers. Businesses need to be more accommodating to give patrons a good experience. 3. My drink was horrible. It was so strong that I literally had to add a half a glass of water to it. That was the first time I went. I can't remember the drink but the bartender, who appeared to be a substance abuser or maybe in recovery, was really trying hard and she was super friendly but that drink was NOT it. I'm giving 3 stars because even with all of that it's a nice, clean, spot to grab a bite in the south suburbs, the food is excellent and the live band on Friday nights is always entertaining... at least they were on the 2 Friday's that I visited."

"The lobby could use a little updateBut the service is good. The gizzards, catfish fillet and chicken is AMAZING they put a fresh cut lemon in every order and plenty of sauce if you request it on your foodThe cook and cashier has been very nice and polite to me and family. I have been going there for years. They are a good business and stay open late hours."
