"We booked a table for 4 and got to the restaurant at 7:10pm. At first there was probably some confusion internally and after we had already been sitting for a few minutes, we were asked our name again. The restaurant is nicely furnished, but unfortunately it doesn 't convey any ambience at all. The menu is just a DIN A3 laminated sheet. There were 14 guests in the restaurant with us, four had already eaten, the other 6 people had all ordered pizza. We ordered 4x Gambas, 1x plain, 2x in tomato sauce, 1x in white wine sauce, 2x salad as a side dish. Until then everything was ok. A very personable young and inexperienced waiter gave her best and is beyond any criticism! Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of her older colleague. The menu states that bottled wine is available and the staff are happy to advise, but this didn 't work out at all. The lady didn 't know what was available, nor did she know the price! We asked us to take a certain wine because the boss told her it was good. Mentioned price 21:50€, a short time later this increased to 23:50€. Time passed, the salad was served, no one asked if it should be served as a starter or as a side…… and then more time passed! The service was nowhere to be seen, I ordered drinks at the bar. AT 20:50 THE FOOD WAS SERVED! After 1:45 hours of waiting and nothing was going on in the restaurant, only the pizzas mentioned were served. When I commented that it took a very long time, I was told that they were not a fast food restaurant (the waiters did! While clearing away, the waitress whispered in my ear to our friend what she had to tell me...absolutely NO GO! In fairness the food was excellent, saddening that the wait staff is so incompetent. After we left 160€ there, we still weren 't even worth getting a grappa or similar on the house. how naive and small-minded. So you can scare away solvent guests. (Original Wir hatten einen Tisch für 4 Personen bestellt und waren um 19:10 im Restaurant. Zunächst gab es wohl intern etwas Verwirrung und man fragte uns nach dem wir schon einige Minuten gesessen haben, erneut nach unserem Namen. Das Restaurant ist zwar „nett“ eingerichtet, vermittelt aber leider gar kein Ambiente. Die Speisekarte ist lediglich ein DIN A3 laminiertes Blatt. Es befanden sich mit uns 14 Gäste im Restaurant, vier hatten bereits gegessen, die übrigen 6 Personen hatten allesamt Pizza bestellt. Wir haben 4x Gambas bestellt, 1x Natur, 2x in Tomatensoße, 1x in Weißweinsauce, als Beilage 2x Salat. Bis dahin war alles ok. Eine sehr sympathische junge und unerfahrene Bedienung gab ihr Bestes und steht außerhalb jeglicher Kritik! Leider kann man das von ihrer älteren Kollegin nicht sagen. In der Speisekarte wird hingewiesen, dass Flaschenweine erhältlich sind und das Personal gerne berät, dieses klappte aber so gar nicht. Die Dame wusste weder was verfügbar war, noch kannte sie den Preis! Wie bat uns einen bestimmten Wein zu nehmen, weil der Chef ihr sagte, der sei gut. Genannter Preis 21:50€, kurze Zeit später erhöhte sich dieser auf 23:50€…. Die Zeit verging, der Salat wurde serviert, es wurde nicht gefragt, ob dieser als Vorspeise oder als Beilage serviert werden solle…… und dann verging noch mehr Zeit! Bedienung war nicht mehr zu sehen, Getränke wurden an der Bar von mir bestellt. UM 20:50 WURDE DAS ESSEN SERVIERT! Nach 1:45 Stunde Wartezeit und im Restaurant war nichts los, wurden lediglich die erwähnten Pizzen serviert. Auf meinen Kommentar, dass es doch sehr lange gedauert hat, wurde mir gesagt, man sei kein Schnellimbiss (von der Bedienung her schon! Beim Abräumen flüsterte die Bedienung unserer Freundin in meinem Beisein ins Ohr, was diese mir doch mal bitte auszurichten habe….absolutes NO GO! Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass das Essen ausgezeichnet war, um so trauriger, dass die Bedienung derart inkompetent ist. Nach dem wir 160€ dort gelassen haben, waren wir es trotzdem nicht einmal wert, einen Grappa o.ä aufs Haus zu bekommen…. wie naiv und kleinkariert. So kann man sich solvente Gäste vergraulen."
