"Acciaroli isn 't the best place to eat out: restaurants are more expensive than average and the quality is below the average. This is in my opinion one of the best places: right on the harbour dock, it 's owned by a fisherman and this means that the fish will always be fresh. The menu changes daily in relation to the catch and is written only on a chalkboard at the entrance of the restaurant, that has a nice dehors. This is a fish only restaurant and everything is cooked with local, fragrant oil and fresh ingredients. The price is quite high but not more expensive than the other restaurants in town, only you eat better here."

"Family-run fish restaurant, nice, clean and very friendly whose interior walls were kept a little more rustic to convey the idea of the medieval fishermen's premises. the quality of the offered product is very high, only fresh local fish and fished in the day, with very goose preparations, including we tried in a couple of visits: an exquisite violet shrimp crudo, which unfortunately ends too soon, their parmigiana of zucchini and shrimp, a rich fry of squid and shrimp, the luvaro fish and the local bumgo made of lemon or the plate with a fresh taste, and perfumed, a delicious calamarata to the anchovies, and then the delicious gratinate vegetables, always local or a dish of farmer's vegetables, similar to a caponata. and to close a tart of figs and two glasses of fennel, which we discovered to acciaroli offered by the kind owners. prices are in line especially with the quality of the fish offered. a place to try and find"

"Well, this restaurant isn't exactly hidden sitting right at the road between Casal Velino and Ascea. But it took us some years to discover it based on a recommendation by a local. Since that time we go there more than once when we are in the region for our holidays. The menu offers a wide variety of meat dishes, fish/seafood and pizza (from their wood-fired oven). We have sampled many dishes, discovered our favorites (try the simple but delicious ravioli) and keep being enthusiastic about the quality of the food. The restaurant is very well run and has ample space both indoors as well as on their nice terrace. Staff are very friendly and attentive and some do speak English. Finally, the prices are very reasonable, so even price/performance-wise you can't wrong."
