"We visited on October 13th it was our first time, got off the tram at 2 oh my gosh do we recommend the tram Ray is the absolute best, anyway we ran to the bistro excited about the food. Got there at 2:07 ordered a bison steak and a kids burger, everyone who came after us got served first and these were large parties and there was at least 5 different groups of 4-6 people in each so we aren’t exaggerating. Got our two waters at 2:20 and the glasses were nasty they finally brought our food at 2:37 they informed us they were out of white gravy and gave us brown husband doesn’t like brown gravy and it would’ve been fine if the mash potatoes weren’t freezing the steak was so fatty and nasty the burger was just awful and cold. The only thing they did right was the cold French fries. The waitress couldn’t be bothered with us. It was truly awful, that being said the Canyon was amazing the trout fishing was amazing the ladies from the stables were so nice the gift shop people were so accommodating and Ray our tram tour guide kept us entertained and laughing the whole 2 hours I would recommend everything but the bistro it was expensive and gross."

"Absolutely fabulous. You get decent food and a view of a waterfall for s decent price. I had a cup of the Elk Sausage, Kale and Potato Soup. It was wonderfully brothy and recommended by our server. I wish I'd ordered the bowl instead, but I'd have barely been able to finish it because I also had a Reuben. The Dogwood Canyon Reuben stands out as one of the best Reubens I've had. It was not as strong on the kraut side as I normally prefer, but the cheese used blended so well that it was a master piece. My wife had the trio sliders (bison, trout and chicken). All three were good. My daughter had the cheese pizza from the kids menu and said it was amazing. The potato chips are good as a side, but you'll regret not ordering the fries. Crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside and delicious through and through. I had to share mine after I had them try one. Our server was incredible. We mentioned getting out hiking bag out of the trunk before heading in and she fixed us some to go waters to take with us (and by the end of it, we were glad to have them). I'll be back. We were too full to try dessert but the blackberry cobbler sounded divine."

"Can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is so good, fried chicken sandwich and the bbq bacon burger are a must try. They added more boat parking which helps a lot. Only downfall is people usually pull in there to eat after they’ve been on the water drinking all day long and some get a bit obnoxious. But that has nothing to do with the restaurant. Food is made to order so it takes longer than fast food, but it’s worth the wait."

"It was horrible. Food was fair at best. Husband ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich, it was the size of a chicken patty no flavor. Breakfast not any better. Bacon not crispy, gravy so heavy and tasted like flour biscuits super heavy. Somehow the $9 classic Breakfast for 2 came out to $29."

"We were here about 10 years ago and thought it was a nice, cozy little place where we had coffee and muffins and bought some jams. We went again today and it was all that and so much more. I guess we went out of season last time (early August maybe? . Today we got to pick berries. We focused on the several varieties of blueberries, each having their own subtle flavor differences. They also have blackberries and I think elderberries. They provide small buckets that hold up to 5 pounds of berries each. You can pick as many as you want and when you are done, you pay by the pound. I think we paid $4.50 per pound today. They are delicious and so much better than any I 've ever purchased in a store. Everyone there, employees and patrons alike, all seemed so pleased to be there. The atmosphere is quaint, laid back, welcoming and friendly. This is not a huge, overdone attraction. There is no admission fee. There is a small restaurant/shop where you can buy a variety of sweet treats, including the most delicious blueberry muffins, scones, tarts and cinnamon rolls as big as your face! There is a huge window in the shop overlooking part of the berry farm and a window looking into a kitchen where you can watch them make the sweet treats. Also, when you first walk towards the shop, there is a small stand full of the most unique handmade bird houses and feeders. The gentleman selling these was the one who made them and was very happy to answer our questions. I definitely will return and now I want to check out their website so I can order more once I return home."
