"We have booked a deluxe oceanview room via booking.com and what we got was a room in the first floor where they only have the walls and roofs of other hotels from the balcony (maybe from the sea if they really big). there was also a ladder of construction work in the middle of the room, so I think the room was not cleaned lately. after a discussion, the receptionist confirms that the space definitiw will not be booked the space online, but they had no other rooms available. Finally, we got our money back (at least most of it, because of the currency exchange rates) and had to look for another hotel."
