"Wir waren bei Mama Maria sehr zufrieden. Die Tomaten suppe meines Freundes war zwar sehr dezent gewürzt aber sehr frisch und schmackhaft. Sein Salat war auch spitze. Alles Frisch und abwechslungsreich und vor allem eine große Portion. Ich hatte ein Pizzabrot und Tortelloni in eine Käsepilzsauce die waren beide sehr lecker. Die Sauce war sehr cremig und hat sehr satt gemacht. Das war sicher nicht der letzte Besuch bei Mama Maria.... wir kommen wieder da hier auch die Preise fair und der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ist."

"After a long drive I was feeling both peckish and lazy. I had been at poseidon before, a few years ago and I had very good greek food. This time I wasn't in a greek state of mind and I did what one never should...do, ordered food from a different kitchen. Simple food, but I have seen it ruined. Just a Wiener Schnitzel with french fries and a simple salad. The greek knows his wiener schnitzels. I was very tasty. The greek also knows his french fries. Nice and crisp. Not greasy at all. And his kohlsalat was simple and tasty. He smuggled there though, put an olive on top. The service in this restaurant is Service Friendly, accommodating, speedy. And you are made to feel very welcome. At the end there is the glass of ouzo on the house. This restaurant is a must go for anyone in the neighbourhood of Gerolstein."
